Petrova Chocolates is looking for reliable, enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our team in North End. This is a year-round role supporting daily store operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As a Sales Associate, you’ll guide customers through our handcrafted chocolate collections and curated selection of natural wines, assist with packaging and gift selections, and create a welcoming, memorable shopping experience. You’ll also handle transactions using our POS system, keep displays well-stocked and organized, and help maintain a clean, professional retail environment.

Greet and assist guests in a warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable manner
Guide guests through our curated chocolate and wine selections, offering detailed product information and pairing suggestions
Handle all sales transactions accurately through our POS system
Gift wrap purchases with attention to detail and presentation
Restock shelves and displays to ensure products are always available and attractively presented
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
Learn and stay up-to-date on our chocolate collections, wine selections, and any seasonal offerings.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing new stock.
Support the team during in-store events and wine tastings
Uphold our brand standards by delivering exceptional customer service at all times.

Retail or Front of House experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

We’re a small, boutique chocolate atelier looking for a Chocolatier Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in the kitchen and is excited to learn more about the craft of chocolate making. You’ll work closely with our team in a calm, supportive environment where attention to detail and creativity are valued.
This position is a great fit for someone with kitchen experience who is curious, reliable, and eager to grow their skills. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in quality, and like being part of a close-knit team, we’d love to hear from you.

Assist with preparing recipes and ingredients for daily production
Accurately scale and measure recipes for the chocolatier
Support chocolatiers with day-to-day chocolate production tasks
Assist with packaging orders for shipping and local deliveries
Package finished products with care and attention to detail
Properly label products to ensure accuracy and consistency
Wash dishes and maintain a clean, organized kitchen workspace
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Help keep the kitchen running smoothly by staying organized and proactive
