    Petrova Chocolates is looking for reliable, enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our team in North End. This is a year-round role supporting daily store operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

    As a Sales Associate, you’ll guide customers through our handcrafted chocolate collections and curated selection of natural wines, assist with packaging and gift selections, and create a welcoming, memorable shopping experience. You’ll also handle transactions using our POS system, keep displays well-stocked and organized, and help maintain a clean, professional retail environment.

    • $19/hour + tips

    • 18+ years of age

    • Permitted to legally work in the US

    • Retail or Front of House experience preferred but not required

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Strong time and task management skills

    • Organized, attention to detail

    • Ability to stand for extended periods, move and lift boxes up to 25lb

Sales Associate

  • location: East Boston (277 Border street)

    We’re a small, boutique chocolate atelier looking for a Chocolatier Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in the kitchen and is excited to learn more about the craft of chocolate making. You’ll work closely with our team in a calm, supportive environment where attention to detail and creativity are valued.

    This position is a great fit for someone with kitchen experience who is curious, reliable, and eager to grow their skills. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in quality, and like being part of a close-knit team, we’d love to hear from you.

    • Permitted to legally work in the US

    • Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred

    • Interest in chocolate making and a willingness to learn

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately

    • Ability to stay organized and maintain a clean, sanitary workspace

    • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs

    • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods

    • Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a small team

    • Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

    • Basic food safety knowledge and safe food handling practices (ServSafe certification is a plus, but not required)

    • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
