Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Petrova Chocolates, we take great care to craft and deliver your chocolate goodies and experiences with love. Because of the nature of our products and events, we have the following policies regarding refunds and cancellations:

Online Orders

• Cancellations & Refunds: Orders can be canceled and fully refunded within 24 hours of placing your order, provided they have not yet been fulfilled.

• No Refunds After Fulfillment: Once an order has been packed and shipped, we are unable to issue refunds.

• Pre-Order Items: Items marked as pre-order are non-refundable due to their seasonal availability and limited quantity.

Pick-Up Orders

• Pick-up orders must be collected within 7 days of receiving your “ready for pick-up” email.

• Orders that are not picked up on time without prior notice will not be refunded.

• Please contact us if you need to adjust your pick-up date.

Event Tickets

• Event tickets are non-refundable.

• Ticket cancellations are allowed up to 5 days before the scheduled event.

• No refunds or cancellations are permitted after this period.

General Notes

• Refunds, when applicable, will be issued using the original payment method.

• If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us immediately — we are always happy to help and will do our best to make things right when possible.
