We’re turning down the lights and turning up the energy for a special After Hours Dinner Party you won’t want to miss.
We’re thrilled to host the very first pop-up from Chef Jon Fishbein, the creative force behind Capra. Currently serving as Chef de Cuisine at UNI in Back Bay, Jon brings years of experience and a deeply refined perspective to this exciting new venture. Inspired by flavors from across the globe, Capra blends the elegance of fine dining with a sense of playfulness and personality. Jon’s cooking is rooted in seasonality, elevated by inventive takes on classic preservation techniques—expect bold, thoughtful dishes that surprise and delight.
For one night only, Chef Jon will be serving a series of four seasonal dishes throughout the evening—designed to be enjoyed at your own pace as you mingle, sip, and explore. Expect thoughtful, creative bites that showcase his approach in a more relaxed, social setting.
We’ll be pouring natural Eastern European wines selected and served by Shannon of East West Wines, highlighting unique producers and expressive, terroir-driven bottles and close out the evening on a sweet note with a few of our house chocolates—because no great night should end without a little indulgence.
