Ready to venture beyond traditional white wine? Chubini’s Amber Wine is a deep, expressive taste of Georgia, made for anyone who loves wines with personality. Crafted in Kakheti, Georgia, this striking orange wine blends 70% Rkatsiteli and 30% Chinuri using one of the world’s oldest winemaking traditions: fermentation and aging in traditional Georgian qvevri.

With its deep amber color and golden glow, this is anything but an ordinary white wine. The grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation with an extraordinary eight months of skin contact, followed by additional aging in qvevri for more than a year. Minimal intervention and very low sulfites allow the wine’s natural character—and plenty of qvevri funk—to shine through.

The nose is wonderfully aromatic, opening with apricot, ripe peach, melon, almond, and hints of dried herbs. On the palate, it’s textured yet surprisingly elegant, with gentle tannins, balanced acidity, layers of stone fruit, and a savory finish that keeps you coming back for another sip.

Think of it as the perfect gateway into the wilder side of orange wine: aromatic, earthy, textured, and a little funky without being overwhelming. If you love natural wines, skin-contact whites, or want to try something completely different, this one is worth exploring.
