Cuvée Bella Rada 2022

$24.00

Cuvée Bella Rada 2022 from Borovitza Winery is a textured, expressive white from Bulgaria’s Danube River Plain, blending 80% Rkatsiteli with 20% Aligoté. Made from remarkable 62-year-old vines, it brings together ripe stone fruit, floral aromatics, and a creamy lees-driven texture while staying bright and refreshing.

The nose is filled with citrus, peach, and white flowers. On the palate, juicy ripe fruit and a touch of honey meet a soft, creamy texture, balanced by fresh acidity and a gentle mineral lift. The finish is smooth, round, and refreshing.

The wine comes from practicing organic vineyards and undergoes spontaneous fermentation before spending 12 months aging on the lees, building richness and texture while preserving freshness.
