Clear Skies 2024

$28.00

Clear Skies 2024 is a vibrant orange wine made from 60% Malagousia, 25% Xinomavro, and 15% Assyrtiko from Karditsa, Thessaly, Greece. Medium-bodied and golden amber in color, it combines floral aromatics and citrus freshness with the savory texture of skin contact and a subtle red-fruit character from Xinomavro.

The nose shows dried apricot, orange peel, wild herbs, chamomile, and hints of red fruit. The palate is textured and savory, with gentle tannins, bright acidity, and layers of citrus and herbal flavors. A slightly nutty, mineral finish keeps the wine fresh and focused.

The grapes are certified organic, dry-farmed, and hand-harvested, with 15 days of skin contact and spontaneous fermentation. After natural malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for two months in stainless steel with occasional stirring. It is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with minimal sulfites.
