Pale straw yellow in the glass, it opens with aromas of pear, quince, crisp apple, and citrus. The palate is clean and refreshing, with ripe orchard fruit, balanced minerality, and a smooth, lingering midpalate that finishes crisp and pleasantly persistent.
The hand-harvested grapes are carefully selected and immediately destemmed, with only the free-run juice used to keep the wine delicate and avoid harsh tannins. The juice is then slowly fermented in stainless steel at 16–18°C for approximately three weeks, followed by gentle filtration to preserve its fresh fruit and aromatic character.
