Galactic Juice 2025 from Turay Family Winery is a vibrant dry rosé from Baj, Hungary, made from 100% Kékfrankos. Light red in color and packed with energy, it lands somewhere between a classic rosé and a juicy light red—fresh, textured, and incredibly food-friendly.
The palate is all about lean red fruit, blood orange, rosehip, and cranberry, with lively acidity giving the wine a bright, mouthwatering character. There’s plenty of freshness, but enough texture to keep it interesting from the first sip to the last.
The grapes are certified organic, Demeter biodynamic, and dry-farmed, then handpicked and given a short 3–4 hour maceration in the press. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in stainless steel, preserving the wine’s vibrant fruit and freshness. It is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
