Kirke Saperavi 2021 is a medium to full-bodied dry red from Georgia, made from 100% Saperavi. Deep ruby in color with dark purple reflections, it offers a clean, fruit-forward expression of this classic Georgian grape, balancing ripe fruit with fresh acidity and gentle spice.
The nose shows ripe cherry, plum, and blackberry, while the palate is juicy and well-balanced, with smooth structure, vibrant acidity, and a touch of black pepper. The finish is fresh and lingering, with dark fruit and subtle spice.
The grapes are harvested using the traditional “Circi Method”, timed with the full moon or “Dark Harvest,” with no technological intervention in the vineyard. After cold pressing and fermentation, the wine is matured in stainless steel to preserve its freshness, purity, and vibrant fruit character.
