Pink Sky 2022

$29.00

Pink Sky 2022 from Bottled Opinions is a deeper, more structured take on rosé, made from 70% Syrah and 30% Viognier in Bulgaria’s Sakar region. With its deep pink color and ruby hues, this is a rosé with enough texture and complexity to stand alongside food while keeping the freshness and drinkability you want from the style.

The nose brings cherry, violet, and plum, while the palate is dry and expressive, layered with ripe red fruit, floral character, and bright acidity. Extended skin contact gives the wine extra structure and a subtle tannic grip, while four months aging on lees adds another layer of texture.

Made from certified organic grapes, the wine spends around two weeks on the skins before aging for four months on the lees in used French oak barrels. It is bottled unfiltered with minimal intervention, with only 1,000 bottles produced.
