Queens of Hearts
Queens of Hearts 2024 is a lively pét-nat rosé from Bulgaria’s Struma River Valley, blending Syrah and Viognier into a bright, energetic sparkling wine. Deep pink in color and light-bodied, it combines juicy red berries and delicate florals with fine bubbles and a crisp, dry finish.
The nose brings fresh red berries, subtle flowers, and a touch of citrus. On the palate, vibrant acidity and fine bubbles keep things refreshing, while juicy fruit and a touch of structure give the wine plenty of personality.
The grapes are hand-harvested and receive just three hours of gentle skin contact before naturally fermenting with no added sulfites. The wine is bottled before fermentation finishes using the pét-nat method, then hand-disgorged à la volée and topped with the same wine—zero dosage. It is unfined, unfiltered, and crown-capped for a truly handcrafted finish.
Bring It to the Table
The dry, fruity style and lively bubbles make this especially fun with:
🥪 Mortadella sandwiches with pistachio and arugula
🐟 Crispy fish sandwiches with slaw
🥓 Prosciutto and melon
🧀 Whipped goat cheese with roasted strawberries
🍕 Prosciutto and hot honey pizza
🍗 Fried chicken with a spicy dipping sauce
🥟 Pork dumplings with chili crisp
