Roseus 2023

$27.00

Roseus 2023 is a bright, aromatic rosé made from 94% Muscat of Alexandria and 6% Limnio, grown organically on the volcanic soils of Lemnos, Greece. Light to medium-bodied, it combines the floral character of Muscat with the subtle herbal spice and savory edge of Limnio.

The nose is expressive with rose petals, citrus, stone fruit, and a hint of spice. The palate is fresh and vibrant, with delicate red fruit, citrus, and floral notes balanced by lively acidity and a soft, refreshing texture.

The grapes are certified organic, dry-farmed, and hand-harvested. After a few hours of skin contact, they undergo spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, followed by three months in tank and one month in barrel.
