The nose shows ripe blackberry, dark cherry, sweet spice, leather, forest floor, black pepper, and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it’s vibrant and layered, with dark fruit, subtle smoke, spice, and a mineral undertone. Moderate tannins and fresh acidity keep the wine balanced and energetic, leading into a long, slightly saline finish.
The grapes are naturally fermented as a field blend with 20–25 days of maceration, then aged for 16 months with minimal intervention to preserve the wine’s character and sense of place.
