Sant’Or Panos 2023
Sant’Or Panos 2023 is a beautifully fresh expression of 100% Roditis from Achaia in Greece’s Peloponnese. Light-bodied and amber in color, this is an approachable orange wine with gentle tannins, bright acidity, and a savory herbal character rather than the heavier, funkier style some skin-contact wines can bring.
The nose offers plum, cherry, wild herbs, and subtle earthiness. On the palate, fresh acidity and a lightly textured structure frame delicate red fruit and savory herbal notes, leading into a clean, mineral-driven finish.
The grapes are certified biodynamic and organic, hand-harvested from dry-farmed vineyards at 600 meters elevation. They spend 11–14 days on their skins in clay amphora, followed by four months of aging in large clay vessels. The wine is made with minimal intervention and bottled unfiltered.
Bring It to the Table
Its light body, herbal character, and gentle tannins make it especially good with:
🐙 Grilled octopus with lemon and oregano
🥧 Spanakopita with feta and herbs
🍆 Greek eggplant with tomato and garlic
🐟 Grilled sardines with lemon
🧀 Feta baked with tomatoes and olives
🍗 Chicken souvlaki with tzatziki
🧀 Aged sheep’s milk cheese with olives

His wines are made with healthy, carefully farmed fruit and traditional, low-intervention techniques, including aging in clay amphora, cement, and old oak.
Light, savory, and mineral-driven. Sant’Or Panos is an easy introduction to the textured side of Greek orange wine.
