Slavček Crno 2022 is a medium-bodied red blend from Slovenia’s Vipava Valley, combining Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Refošk, and Barbera. It balances ripe red and dark fruit with bright acidity, soft tannins, and subtle savory complexity, making it both approachable and versatile at the table.
The nose shows cherry, red berries, gentle spice, and forest floor. The palate is fresh and lively, with notes of plum, red fruit, and subtle spice, supported by a smooth texture and balanced acidity. The finish is dry, clean, and elegant.
The organically farmed grapes are hand-harvested, spontaneously fermented with native yeasts, and aged for 12 months in old oak barrels before resting in stainless steel.
