Soft Nails 2024
Soft Nails 2024 is a lively expression of 100% Limniona, an indigenous Greek grape from Karditsa, Thessaly. Light to medium-bodied, it delivers juicy dark fruit, gentle spice, and soft tannins in an easy-drinking style that works beautifully slightly chilled.
The nose shows blueberry, wild berries, cracked black pepper, subtle vanilla, and a light floral lift. The palate is fresh and layered, with ripe dark fruit, soft spice, and a smooth, velvety texture. Bright acidity keeps everything energetic, while the concrete egg gives the wine a subtle creamy feel without adding oak character.
The grapes are certified organic and hand-harvested, with 15 days of skin contact and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete egg. After natural malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for two months in concrete. It is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with minimal sulfites.
