Sun White 2024
Sun White 2024 is a bright and expressive 100% Malagousia from Karditsa, Greece, combining the grape’s naturally floral character with a soft, textured palate. Light to medium-bodied, it has plenty of freshness while offering a slightly rounder feel than a typical crisp white.
The nose is packed with white blossoms, sage, citrus, white-fleshed fruit, and melon. On the palate, ripe peach and apricot meet citrus and orchard fruit, with lively acidity and a subtle herbal freshness. Aging on the lees gives the wine a gentle, slightly oily texture and added depth.
The grapes are certified organic and hand-harvested, then fermented with indigenous yeasts in a concrete egg. The wine spends 3–4 months on its lees with periodic stirring, followed by additional time in stainless steel. It is bottled without fining or filtration.
