Tamar 2023

$20.00

Tamar 2023 is a light to medium-bodied white blend from Kakheti, Georgia, made from Rkatsiteli, Mtsvane, and Sauvignon Gris. Fresh and expressive, it combines tropical and orchard fruit with bright acidity, mineral notes, and a subtle saline character.

The nose is vibrant, showing gooseberry, tropical fruit, floral notes, citrus zest, and gentle herbal tones. The palate is fruit-forward, with banana and crisp white and yellow fruit balanced by lively acidity and a light mineral edge. The finish is clean, persistent, and gently saline.

Each variety is hand-harvested and fermented separately in stainless steel before being blended and aged on the lees for up to six months with bâtonnage, adding texture while keeping the wine fresh and bright.
