Chocolate Bonbon Workshop

$150.00

Ever wondered how those beautiful little chocolate bonbons are made? Now you can make your own!

Join our Head Chocolatier & Founder, Betty Petrova, for an intimate, hands-on chocolate workshop at our professional kitchen in East Boston. With a small group of just 6 participants, you’ll get plenty of guidance, hands-on time, and room to get creative.

Over the course of 3 hours, we’ll cover the basics of making your own batch of bonbons from start to finish. You’ll learn how to:

  • 🍫 Temper chocolate and get that beautiful shine and snap.

  • 🎨 Paint and decorate your chocolates using different techniques to create your own designs.

  • 🥄 Make and choose your fillings — mix and match flavors to create your own combinations.

  • Fill and finish your bonbons and learn the tricks behind creating those perfectly finished little chocolates.

  • 🎁 Take home your creations to share… or, realistically, keep all to yourself!

No previous chocolate-making experience is needed. Whether you’re completely new to chocolate or already obsessed with it, Betty will guide you through each step and help you get comfortable working with chocolate.
