Cacao: A Chocolate Tasting Experience

$50.00

Where does chocolate actually begin? Spoiler: it’s not in a chocolate bar.

Join us for a guided tasting with our Head Chocolatier & Founder, Betty Petrova, as we follow chocolate all the way back to its roots: starting with the cacao bean and ending with the bonbons we know and love.

Along the way, we’ll taste, explore, and uncover what makes chocolate from different places taste so wonderfully different.

You’ll learn:

  • 🌱 Where chocolate begins — what cacao is, where it grows, and what happens to the bean before it ever becomes chocolate.

  • 🍫 What makes single-origin chocolate special — and how the place cacao comes from can shape its flavor.

  • 👃 How to really taste chocolate — how to use your senses to notice aromas, textures, flavors, and all those little details you might otherwise miss.

  • Bean to bonbon — a peek into the craft, creativity, and transformation that takes cacao from humble bean to beautiful chocolate.

  • 😋 Most importantly: tasting! We’ll sample different chocolates and discover the unique flavors hidden inside each one.

No chocolate expertise required just bring your curiosity (and your sweet tooth).

All ages welcome. Major allergen-free.
Led by Betty Petrova, Head Chocolatier & Founder.
